Ejaculation


Definition of ejaculation:

Most men have experienced the problem of ejaculation, at some point in their lives. Ejaculation is one of the most common sexual problems. Ejaculation is explained as a condition where a person is unable to delay ejaculation to a point where it is mutually desirable for both partners. This means that ejaculation occurs before a man wants it to happen. Some men ejaculate during foreplay whereas some do entry very itself.

But few men feel that 5 or 10 minutes time to have orgasm is not enough and they feel that this is also premature ejaculation. This suggests the premature ejaculation is very likely that physiological origin psychology. The exact cause of ejaculation is still unknown.

Ayurveda says Kshiprumunchati Shukram... This means the person aura when premature ejaculation vata in her body exacerbates and leads to a very fast shukra ejaculation (sperm).

Probable causes for ejaculation:

o anxiety during first sex experience. Some men will develop
anxiety longer-term towards sex, which can cause a prolonged experience
with ejaculation.

o A long period of abstinence from sex.

o more young men tend to ejaculate faster than older men, as
experience seems to be associated with ejaculatory control.

o depression or anxiety about sexual performance

o anxiety due to anticipation of the rejection by the partner.

o anticipation of failure to satisfy its partner

o Anticipation of pain

o sex Adverse experiences in childhood

o religious beliefs

o financial expenses

o Stress at work

o problems of torque

o the side effects of certain prescription drugs

Apart from psychological causes certain physiological causes such as inflammation of the prostate gland or spine problems spinal chord may cause ejaculation.

According to Ayurveda when vayu gets vitiated it causes premature ejaculation. The following causes tainted vata

o Consommant Rassi, spicy, cold and junk food (men who are far from)
(Home business primarily consume this kind of food)

o remaining for long hours during the night.

o long gaps between meals

o controlling natural impulses (this occurs during the long company)
(meetings)

(o) the physical and mental effort.

o under food because of worry and grief

o sitting long hours in uncomfortable chairs.

o Traveling at high speed.

Prevention:

o seek psychotherapy to maintain a healthy attitude towards sex.

o blame yourself for ejaculation. Anyone can
experience ejaculations.

o speak openly with your partners in order to avoid misunderstandings and
lack of communication.

o use relaxation techniques to reduce stress.

o have a comprehensive knowledge of sex

o try to minimize the factors etiological said above.

Simple remedies

Many techniques are used to control the ejaculation. "Squeeze technique" is popular and effective between all. Squeeze technical is a behavioral therapy. If a man feels it is on the verge of ejaculation of experience, he stops sexual relations. Then the man or his partner COMPRESSES the shaft of his penis between a thumb and two fingers by applying gentle pressure just below of the head of the penis for 20 seconds. And then can be resumed in sexual relations. The technique can be repeated as often as necessary. When this technique is successful, it enables human learning to delay ejaculation with squeeze and eventually, to take control of ejaculation without the squeeze.

Masters and Johnson method:

o how best to combat ejaculation is by learning to
control before sensations of orgasm. This method is time consuming and
practice, but it is very effective.

o you must first bring you close to orgasm (might be)
(done by masturbation, without the participation of your partner), then
Stop and relax before retry. Whenever you need to make yourself
closer to orgasm until finally you cannot control. If you do this
you learn often enough, where is your point of climax. It is
useful interaction with your partner.

o you must reach your point point culminating in practice your
partner by engaging non-penetrative sex so that you feel when it is
near you signal to stop, and you allow your erection to subside.
It should also be repeated so that you and your partner are familiar
the procedure.

o once feel you you are ready to have sex, it is preferable to start
lying on your back so that you can guide your partner's
penetration. When you are close to orgasm, your partner to give a signal to stop
and you should relax and start over. Once you get the freezing it (it may)
(take several weeks or months), ejaculation should not be too
a large part of the problem.

o A variant of this method involves partner press point
of the penis just before orgasm ("squeeze technique"). It pushes blood
outside of the penis and reduces erections.
